| Joint Venture Company Visorutex (hereinafter referred to as VSR) is the only joint venture company in the field of natural rubber in Vietnam. VSR received its first License on Investment on 21 August 1991. Main business activities of VSR comprise production, processing and export of natural rubber. At the beginning, VSR was a small scientific research unit with participation of Vietnamese and Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian research institutes.
