OUR PRODUCTS:
1. WIRE RODS
VPS’ wire rods are produced in conformity with the standards of JIS G3505 (Japan) and TCVN 1651-1985 (Vietnam) in range of Φ5.5, Φ6, Φ8 and Φ10. With the help of the advanced and high speed rolling mill, we annually produce around 140,000 tons of standard wire rods to meet increasing demand in the market.

During manufacturing process of wire rods, such factors as billet quality, reheating temperature, rolling temperature, rolling speed and cooling conditions are strictly controlled to ensure high internal and surface quality of the finished products. Also, wire rods before sales are rigorously inspected so that any products with defect, if found, will be removed.

2. DEFORMED BAR
We are manufacturing and ready to supply high quality deformed bars with various sizes of D10mm ~ D40mm in accordance with the international standards such as JIS G 3112 of Japan, BS 4449 of great Britain, ASTM A615/A615 of the united states and TCVN 1651-85 & TCVN 6285-1997 of Vietnam.

Moreover, with our state-of-the-art technology, we have successfully created the deformed bars with good appearance that helps be easily identifiable for customers.
