Training and developing the managerial capabilities of executives of businesses and organizations is one of the key strengths of the CRCEB. We use modern teaching technology to promote active participation of our learners; the NEU CRCEB will work with businesses to design customized executive training programs, which are realistic, applicable and effective.

Different from other organizations, the CRCEB also provides methods to identify and solve problems facing our partners during the consulting process. This approach allows our partners to have a thorough grasp of the process to identify and solve problems and to be able to use this process in their business.

The combination of consultancy and training activities allows the Centre to thoroughly understand the needs and issues facing businesses and organizations. At the same time, our consulting activities help businesses and oranizations effectively apply the knowledge, theories and skills gained in the training courses. This allows us to provide effective solutions at reasonable costs to solve the problems and challenges facing today’s companies.

Working with our partners to implement high quality research services allows the Centre to understand the difficulties they face. This will help the Centre to provide comprehensive solutions which are applicable for the businesses and organizations.
