SEAREFICO was established in 1979. It was then merged with SEAREE, a dynamic and successful M&E contractor in 1996 and lately turned into a share-holding company since September 1999. The new structure and combined resources has boosted the development of the company and made it more dynamic and effective to adapt with the competitive business environment.

SEAREFICO specializes in providing turn-key packages for both refrigeration and M&E services such as air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, electrical, fire protection, communications, building automation, plumbing, drainage and lift systems. The company’s successful completion of well-known M&E projects throughout the country have gained satisfaction from the most demanding customers, projects developers and owners. Through such projects SEAREFICO is known as the first local contractor winning international tender and capable of performing the project in compliance with highest international standards and project management practices.

We are confident in providing our customers the best services thanks to a resource of young, dynamic, innovative and experience engineers and skilled workers, a stable financial status, capability of supplying various kinds of equipment and materials and fabricating facilities of the mechanical & electrical workshops in our two factories.

We’ve so far set up business relationships and co-operations with many global manufacturers, suppliers, and institutional association. We are also a member of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, Air-Conditioning Engineer Inc.), International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR) and International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses (IARW).

As a commitment to quality and customer benefit, we are building up our quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 with the planning to obtain ISO 9001:2000 Certificate in the third quarter of 2002.
