Hanoi University of Industry has contributed significantly to the training of the technical labor force for the development of the Vietnamese industry.From 1954 up to now, the university has trained more than 70 thousand technical workers, technicians, technical teachers, engineers for various industries of the Vietnamese economy.Many former students of the university have become senior leaders of the Communist Party, the government and successful businessmen.Many people have received honorable titles such as: labor heroes, performance hunters, distinguished teachers…

Hanoi University of Industry has been providing educational services of different levels: university, college, vocational high school with different industries in many areas of the economy: mechanical engineering, automobile technology, information industry, electricity – electronics, chemistry, garment – fashion, economics, food – biology – environment technology, pedagogy and foreign languages.
